How does this work?
Pickybunny is a monthly kids clothing membership. With your subscription, you will receive a box of new kids clothing every month. A personal stylist will be assigned to your growing baby to make sure you are receiving the best style, size, and service.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always FREE.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. Territories as well as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses to reach our military and foreign service families. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Canada or to other international addresses. Yet.
When will I receive my first shipment?
After we receive your order, we start building your package. You’ll be notified by email when it’s complete and shipping out. On average our take 7-10 business days to ship.
What sizes do you carry?
For subscription boxes we carry sizes from newborn to 5T. Our shop includes sizes from newborn- 20 for boys and sizes newborn- 16 for girls.
What brands will be included?
Newbie Bunny Box includes high quality kids clothing (New with tags) from boutique and major department store brands: Adidas, Baby Phat, Blueberi Boulevard, Calvin Klein, Guess?, Disney, DKNY, First Impressions, Hello Kitty, Hurley, Izod, Kenneth Cole, Kickee Pants, Levis, Little Me, Lucky, Naartjie, Nannette, Nautica, Nike, North Face, Puma, Paul Frank, Ralph Lauren, Tea Collection, Tommy Hilfiger, Sweet Heart Rose, Carters, Gymboree and many more!
Can I get one specific brand in a box?
Not at this moment. You can however specify your style preference.
Can you give me some examples of Athletic, Beachy, Comfy, Country, Diva, Playful, Preppy, and Retro styles?

Can I make changes to my Baby’s profile?
Yes you can change your baby’s style preference at any time. Just log into your profile page.
Do I get to keep the clothes?
Yes, all the clothes we send to you are for your keepsake. It’s perfectly normal to get attached to your baby’s clothing.
Are these new or used clothes?
We currently only ship new clothes with our subscription boxes. We also keep a collection of used boutique brands in our preloved shop.
What is your Return Policy?
We will exchange or return damaged clothing.
I’m going to be on vacation for a month, can I pause my subscription?
Lucky you! Yes of course, you can pause and resume your subscription at any time. Just go to My Account. Click on Suspend under “My subscription”. You can also contact customer service at email@example.com and we will put your account on hold.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your subscription can be canceled at any time with NO additional cost.
